In pursuit of this vision, we are motivated to continually lift our performance, grow through innovative change and focus on outcomes that make a real difference.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Senior HR Advisor to join our awesome People & Wellbeing team. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced generalist to provide advisory support to the Treasury across the full range of HR functions. - Provide education and coaching on HR legislation, policies and leading practice
- Develop strong and enduring relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

About You

A strong experienced generalist, with proven credibility in the provision of generalist HR advice and support in dealing with complex people issues, you'll also bring:

- Experience delivering independent pieces of HR project work as well as working collaboratively across HR and business teams
- An understanding of government processes such as responding to OIAs, PQs, working with data and providing insights and commentary on a wide range of HR reports and research
- Relevant degree or significant experience as an HR Generalist
- 3+ years a Senior HR Advisor
- Experience working on risk, privacy, compliance and internal audits or similar functions
- Experience in remuneration and job sizing

Our Team
We have a solid work programme ahead of us and we are driven to develop and implement HR initiatives and practices that make a real difference and enable a high-performing Treasury. In return, you will have the opportunity to work in a social, upbeat and collegial environment with a fantastic and inclusive team culture.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff and understand the importance of fostering a working environment where excellence is recognised and where staff are encouraged to develop their own talents and potential. The Treasury values diversity amongst its employees and encourages a positive work life balance.
We are looking to appoint around $100,000 - $130,000 for the Senior role. Please indicate in your cover letter what your motivation for this role is, how your experience is relevant and how you would contribute to our team.
As per our policy, please no agencies and unsolicited CV referrals.
