Since our inception in 2009 with the opening of our first Mitre 10 store in Warkworth, we have expanded to include five Mitre 10 MEGA stores: Albany, New Lynn, Warkworth, Whangaparaoa, and Silverdale. Our stores are not only known for their extensive product range but also for offering a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, including Columbus Coffee cafés. Additionally, we operate a Distribution Centre and own our own Frame and Truss Manufacturing Plant, ensuring end-to-end service for both retail and trade customers.

**About the role**

Permament, full-time position located in Albany. You’ll be assisting in all retail departments as and when necessary as well as ensure data base accuracy by completing stock takes, actioning inventory, gap management, pricing and location reports and assist with the general profitability of the store by consistently improving the store’s data accuracy through the effective use of company tools and systems. Your day could include assisting custoemrs with product selection, fulfil a click and collect order, stock movement or assisting with unpacking and merchandising of department products.

- Previous experience working in retail or inventory required.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of stock integrity awareness and merchandising standards.
- A strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Persistence in following up with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.
