Join our team as a Quality Assurance Manager/Coordinator and ensure the highest quality standards throughout the construction lifecycle on a Data centre project. You will coordinate quality assurance activities, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and support QA processes and procedures, contributing to the successful delivery of the project.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage QA activities throughout the construction lifecycle, including inspections, audits, and quality control processes.
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality metrics, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Act as the central point of contact for QA-related inquiries and issues, facilitating communication between construction teams, QA managers, and stakeholders.
- Communicate QA requirements and best practices to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, promoting a shared understanding of quality standards.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of QA processes and procedures, aligning with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of QA principles and provide guidance to project team members on QA-related topics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; OR trade-based qualifications/experience.
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role within the construction industry, with exposure to quality assurance practices and processes, is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Aconex, Compass and project management tools is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality excellence are essential for success in this role.
