Our Taupo based client is searching for a Supply Chain Administrator.

**The role**:

They are a growing business with an exciting future ahead and they are looking for an Administrator to support the Sales & Optimisation team. Reporting to the Sales & IBP Manager, this role in a typical day is responsible for all data entry into the AP Ecert database which is controlled by The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) as well as other Supply Chain and Sales Admin duties as they arise. This is a full time (40 hours per week), permanent position, based at their Head Office in Taupo.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintaining strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
- Have previous experience working with the Animal Products E-certification system is preferred.
- Maintaining our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System and ensuring all details are up to date.
- Managing data for input into our AP E-cert database.
- Preparing customer export documentation.
