**About the role**
You will work within a small dynamic team in Queenstown to help drive a growing range of projects within the region; involved in projects nationally working closely with our talented team of professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes are achieved for our clients.
This is a varied role which will see you developing and maintaining client relationships, preparation of concept, preliminary and detailed designs, and project administration and management.

**About you**
- Understand risk, be commercially astute and place a high regard on client satisfaction.
- Experience in leading and managing the delivery of structural engineering projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering professional development.
- Qualified with a BEng (Hons) in Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
- CPEng or working towards would be an advantage.
- A strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects, with proven experience in structural engineering with seismic experience to NZ Codes.
- In-depth knowledge of New Zealand’s structural engineering standards and building codes.
- Exceptional communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
