Join a newly formed team on a journey to help shape the future recruitment for Fire and Emergency NZ. This permanent position with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, is based in our National Headquarters (NHQ) in central Wellington.Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an awesome Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. Working alongside a team of other Recruitment Coordinators, Administrators and Advisors you will have the opportunity to cross skill across the Volunteer, Career Firefighter and NHQ recruitment streams.
- Have previous coordination or administration experience
- Be tech savvy, with experience using the likes of MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and the ability to pick up new systems with ease
- Be great at organising and prioritising your workload to ensure high quality results within tight deadlines
- Have awesome interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly and accurately, in a way that meets the needs of your audience
- Have previous coordination or administration experience
- Be tech savvy, with experience using the likes of MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and the ability to pick up new systems with ease

- You might also have an academic background or previous experience in a HR, recruitment or medical setting (helpful but not essential)
