As **Advisor - Digital Capability**, you’ll work with our Head of Organisational Culture & Capability and Head of Educational Delivery to build digital training and support for our kaimahi, with a focus on our Kaiako.
Day to day, you’ll engage stakeholders on needs analysis, training design and roll-out, and monitor the development of digital teaching capability for Kaiako, so you know where improvements are required. As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
