We produce creative content mostly in English, Hindi and some regional Indian languages like Odya and Punjabi. You will be coordinating the content creation for relevant audiences along with our Director/production manager. Proficiency in English, Hindi and one more Indian language is highly desired and preferred.

A film crew member is responsible for using a camera to take footage of an event or project. They are responsible for ensuring that there are no missed shots for the end production. A few of the main duties of a film crew member are setting up the scene, helping other professional at the scene, provide on hand help and support. Get to know the scene requirements and ready to help and work under direct support of the movie Director.

As a Crew member you will be working in different departments like:
Art Department, Camera Department, Food Department, Lighting and Grip Department, Location Department, Makeup and wardrobe department, Production Department, Script department, Sound Department and Transportation Department.

Responsibilities for Film Crew Member
- Perform routine maintenance the scene and helping with camera settings
- Set up for a scene
- Help the director shoot scenes
- Recommend a set up for the scene
- Participate in pre-production phases of the project
- Maintain of camera setups
- Request repair for any damaged cameras
- Creating production files, planning film shoots, writing call sheets and follow ups with production crew.
- Following a script, screenplay, or outline
- Manage all day to day office activities
- Working closely with the director to present a final cut that matches his vision

**Requirements**:

- Very detail oriented
- knowledge of the film industry
- Ability to collaborate with many different teams
- Great organizational abilities
- Interpersonal skills to work with many teams
- Ability to lift at least 25 kg
- Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Good knowledge of lighting and film

Apart from the above on job training will also be provided on our cameras and equipment.

**Hours of Work**:

- Variable hours with minimum 30 hours per week. Your hours of work will generally be from 10:30 am to 6 pm but will be variable as per management's requirement with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. In addition, you shall be entitled to rest breaks in accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000.
- Pay rate : $30.00 per minimum

**Salary**: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
