**About the opportunity**

The role reports to the Manager HR Services and it partners with our managers to provide support and advice in all areas of the employee life cycle. A focus area of this role will be assisting managers with disciplinary processes and procedures in a busy complex environment.

You will work alongside and have the support of a broader team of HR professionals_._

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will be.
- A recent graduate
- Willing to learn
- Curious
- Resilient and self-motivated
- Prepared to influence, challenge thinking and conclusions

You will have high energy, an ability to work “on the fly”, with a thirst to learn and gain a good HR foundation. You must be a self-starter, confident in your own skin and willing to do a bit of travel around New Zealand.
