Piling Hand

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation of piles and foundations according to engineering specifications.
- Operate and maintain piling equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation, including Vibratory hammers, hydraulic impact hammers. (Training on specific machines will be provided)
- Perform manual labor tasks such as carrying and positioning piling materials, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Participate in team meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, including equipment maintenance and inspection reports.
- Adhere to quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Piling Hand within the construction and marine industry.
- Knowledge of piling techniques, equipment, and materials. Further training in Piling techniques will be provided
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
- Relevant certifications and licenses are highly desirable. US37002 and US3789 will be beneficial but not a requirement.
