To enhance our team, we are now looking for a waitress to join our team. We are expecting someone who has a passion for food, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and be a proactive member of the team. **You are required to**: - Address guest concerns, requests, or issues either individually or by enlisting the - The help of the management - Report any customer concerns to your manager - Ensure that restaurant goals are communicated, understood - Coordinate tasks and work to ensure that the restaurant floor runs efficiently - Work with management to ensure that newly hired staff receive orientation training - Ensure that staff are trained on technical and service aspects of the job - Work with management to ensure that staff clearly understand their job roles, - responsibilities, and performance expectations - Conduct day-to-day shifts or oversee floor operation - Serve as a staff role model by performing functional job duties - Handle incoming phone calls - Authorize discounts/complimentary/free meals on your shift in compliance with - company policies - Report any special issues to the manager immediately **To be successful you will need**: - Relevant work experience in the Hospitality industry or qualification preferred.
