- Assist the store and assistant managers in motivating the team - around efficiency, being proactive, ensuring a positive and professional attitude at work
- Maintain store to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional
- Be passionate about helping customers to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Undertake responsibility of manager when the store and assistant store manager are not in-store

**This is a permanent full-time position working the following hours**:

- Monday: 9.30am - 6.00pm
- Tuesday: 9.30am - 6.00pm
- Wednesday: 9.30am - 6.00pm
- Thursday: 1.30pm - 9.00pm
- Sunday: 9.30am - 6.00pm

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of retail experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Commitment to the customer and the in-store experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solver, ability to use initiative
