**Ready to lead your own store?**

We're looking for a confident and experienced **Store Manager** to lead our team at** Northwest store**. You'll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing store environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product - someone who loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and leads with care, confidence, and energy.

**Here's what's on offer**:
**Role -**

- **Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday**
- **Minimum Hours: 40**
- **Salary**: $60,000k **+ bonus potential **

**What your day will look like**:

- Leading and managing the daily operations of your store

- Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences

- Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets

- Championing a fun, inclusive, and supportive team culture

- Overseeing store presentation, stock levels and visual merchandising

- Managing admin, reporting and other key operational tasks
