**About the client**

Our client is a family run business and leading manufacturer of plastic moulded hardware products. Having been in operation for over 20+ years, they pride themselves in delivering quality products to their customers.

**About the job**

They have a vacancy for a manufacturing assistant to work full time in their Rangiora factory. You will be preparing the moulds for production, trimming excess plastic once products have been removed from the oven, sanding and grinding to ensure the final product is at their usual high standard and is ready for distribution.

This role can be fast-paced at times, so you will need to be good with time-management. Full training will be provided for the role.

**What's in it for you**?
- Monday to Friday, 45 - hour week
- Pay from $23.00+ per hour

**What we need from yo**u:

- Good level of physical fitness & strength - you must be able to do repetitive heavy lifting and pushing 25kg+
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Have your own reliable transport to get to work (don't rely on the bus or mates)
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
