We’re looking for a **Customer Service Manager **to join our **Countdown BALCLUTHA **X **team

**About You | Mōu
**In this role we are looking for our next leader to have
- A real passion for excellent customer experience and a team first approach
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills in creating team rosters
- Proven leadership abilities and success training and developing your team
- First aid, general managers, food safety certificate and LQC - preferred but not required

**Have the full run of the floor in this busy, customer focused environment. As a Customer Service Manager you could expect to be
- Overseeing the checkout and office departments ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Completing general administration for the store including maintenance of compliance records
- Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills
- Championing health and safety practices

**The hours and days for this Customer Service Manager position are
Sunday to Thursday 0700 - 1630
