We are a busy holiday park who requires a customer services agent for our front desk. The is a busy and varied role, permanent part time. If you have experience with customers, cash handling and local knowledge to promote the wonderful attractions available in Rotorua we would love to hear from you.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

- Completing general Front of House duties using Microsoft Office, cash handling and financial reconciliation efficiently and accurately
- Being the first and last point of contact for guests checking in and out
- Closing the office, at times you may be required to open
- Liaising with the maintenance and housekeeping team to ensure the smooth running of a very popular holiday park

Being a busy role, it would suit someone who has:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, thinking on your feet and working unsupervised with a positive, can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work on a rostered basis so you must be available for day and night shifts.
