Right now, we are currently seeking a customer-focused Receptionist with a natural flair for sales to join our team as we transition to opening new premises at Les Mills Dunedin.

As part of our kick-ass reception team, you will be the face of Les Mills, serving as our members' first and last point of contact. You should be able to multitask in a full-on environment and be sharper than Siri when responding to member enquiries.

In addition to your reception duties, you can earn extra cash through our commission structure by promoting our world-class fitness programs and services.

To excel in this role, you will ideally:

- Have experience in a similar receptionist role, or with a strong track record in customer service/retail or sales.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with members and team members.
- Love working with people and being part of a supportive team environment.
- Have great confidence when meeting new people and making them feel welcome.
- Be immaculately groomed and fastidious about maintaining an ordered workplace.
- Have a personal fitness story and committed to a healthy lifestyle.
- But hey, once you’ve found your bliss, the hours are irrelevant, right?
