Shift Maintenance Engineer

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for a Shift Engineer, you will provide the first response to all immediate building and system issues within the hospital as part of the shift team providing a permanent 24hr/365 day presence on site.

You will also participate in a 4 on 4 off shift roster, and provide cover for leave, sickness and

training on a rostered basis. This is a supporting function within the Facilities and

Development Operations team at Auckland City Hospital.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
- 5 years experience in engineering plant maintenance
- Have Tertiary Qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety systems and practices
- Has ability to troubleshoot issues and escalate if needed
- Great building services knowledge
