Entry level role for our Parts Team as a Parts Cadet. You will be trained in handling telephone, mail orders and answering enquiries about BMW products.

We have two BMW dealerships located in Wairau Valley, Auckland and Kaiwharawhara, Wellington. Our dealerships operate as part of the Sime Darby Motors Group which is one of the largest BMW retailers in the world and as such has made a significant investment in New Zealand to ensure customers are given a world-class experience beyond any other.

This role will consist primarily of workshop sales and support as well as front counter, merchandise, trade sales when required. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Store goods in an approved manner to minimise the possibility of damage, loss or deterioration
- Dispatch goods in accordance with supply schedules
- Handle telephone and mail orders and enquiries about BMW products and services
- Promote BMW products and services at every opportunity and promote new business with potential customers

To be considered for this role you will have the following
- Good knowledge of automotive parts is beneficial
- Confident and always striving for the highest level of customer service
- A positive and can-do attitude
- An immaculate presentation at all times.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Eye for detail and tidy
- An excellent written and verbal command of English
- Strong computer skills
- Full NZ drivers' licence
