CARTERS is one of New Zealand's leading building industry partners in a unique position of growth. With business booming, our CARTERS Auckland Manufacturing Plant is seeking an experienced Administrator for the role of National Manufacturing Support Coordinator.

Based in East Tamaki, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the National Manufacturing Administration Team ensuring performance targets are achieved. As a pro-active thinker, with attention to detail, fast and accurate data entry skills you will fit right in to this supportive team environment and enjoy variety in your role, which will include:

- Issuing prompt and accurate invoices
- Prepare accurate Bill of Materials reconciliations of all manufactured jobs
- Undertaking accounting administration, including general ledger journals and the calculation of labour accruals
- Update systems in advance of monthly stocktakes
- Liaise with the National Operations Manager, National Technical Administrator and Manufacturing Managers to coordinate workloads in order to meet deadlines

The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:

- Process-driven with an eye for detail
- Your computer skills will prove their worth in the speed and accuracy of your data entry
- Naturally talented in relation to working with numbers
- Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail or Logistics sector experience desired
- Strong attention to detail with robust analytical skills and the ability to multi task
