Ideally, you will have the following:

- 2/3+ years experience dispatching.
- Are super organised and brilliant at multi-tasking
- Solution driven
- High Attention to detail
- A desire to work positively in a team environment.
- Great Time Management skills.
- Great record working with drivers reporting into you
- Are super organised and brilliant at multi-tasking
- Ability to build great relationships with customers, drivers, sub-contractors and others in the business.
