This is an exciting opportunity for a capable Registered Nurse with a high level of expertise in surgical nursing to join our Educator team in the role of Clinical Coach Orthopaedics Surgical Services.

**This is 6 months fixed term (1.0fte) role; would work fully rostered shifts, Monday to Sunday.**

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
You will be a level three or four Registered Nurse with energy, enthusiasm and initiative who is interested in developing your skills and ability to coach individuals to deliver safe care. A key role of this position is to work alongside staff, coaching and promoting evidence-based care and critical thinking at the bedside.
To hit the ground running in this role it would be advantageous if you had:
- A minimum of 3-4 years clinical experience within Orthopaedic Surgical Services.
- Coaching and mentoring skills/ experience
- Demonstrated clinical excellence in surgical care.
- Enthusiasm to promote and encourage a multicultural workforce.
