**Job Description**:
We have a great opportunity for an **Intermediate Property & Facilities Manager **to join our **Corporate Solutions** team, based in Wellington.

Our Corporate Solutions team provides property services to clients who either occupy the property or hold property as a supporting asset to their core business or operations. We work in partnership with our clients to ensure that their property portfolio dovetails with their wider business model.

This role will include property, financial, and maintenance management for client-owned and occupied properties and an inspection regime.

- Promote and support the strategic direction of the client property
- Support the team to ensure all performance outcomes and KPIs are met
- Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients and the Contract Director
- Assist to identify and drive opportunities for the Corporate Solutions business
- Assist to establish improvement initiatives across health and safety, risk and compliance, asset management, sustainability, and corporate responsibility
- Attend to all property and facilities management related enquiries and requests
- Assist with projects to drive innovation

**Qualifications**:

- 4 years proven property management experience
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with a client and service focus
- Current full driver’s license
- The ability to travel
