As a Bricks4Kidz Instructor, you will lead fun and interactive LEGO-based STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) programs for children. This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire creativity, foster problem-solving skills, and deliver engaging lessons in a supportive and dynamic environment.

**Delivering Engaging Lessons**:

- Facilitate LEGO-based STEM classes and workshops for children aged 5-13.
- Teach concepts like engineering, robotics, and coding in an age-appropriate and exciting way.
- Encourage creativity and critical thinking during hands-on building and programming activities.

**Classroom Management**:

- Supervise children during sessions, maintaining focus and a collaborative atmosphere.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Act as a role model, mentoring junior instructors and supporting teamwork.

**Curriculum Implementation**:

- Follow Bricks4Kidz lesson plans while adapting activities to suit the needs of each group.
- Contribute ideas to improve and enhance existing programs and holiday workshops.

**Material and Equipment Management**:

- Organize and maintain LEGO kits, robotics equipment, and resources.
- Ensure all materials are in excellent condition and ready for use.

**Engaging with Parents**:

- Provide feedback to parents about their children’s progress and answer questions about programs.

**Fostering a Safe Environment**:

- Follow safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants.
- Promote inclusion and make every child feel welcome and supported.
