**About the role**:
Based in Parramatta, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Remuneration Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating total reward structures to optimise recruitment and retention by analysing remuneration and benefit packages with position responsibilities.
**Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Research, analyse and develop modifications to compensation programs.
- Complete Job Evaluation's, ascertaining scope of employee responsibilities and requirements.
- Review wide range of relevant remuneration data to ensure Group remuneration policies are competitive.
- Contribute company data to approved market remuneration survey's
- Develop and maintain salary and wage structures/ranges for Apprentice, Technicians, Parts and Sales roles.
**To be successful in this role you must offer the following**:

- Tertiary qualification in HR or business associated discipline
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a remuneration analyst or specialist.
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills are important in this position.
- A sound understanding or statistical principles along with the ability to interpret and provide commentary when communicating complex information.
- Strong numerical reasoning.
- Advanced Microsoft computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
