**About the role**

Based at Invenco's headquarters on Auckland's North Shore, the Hardware Technical Writer position will be focused on creating and maintaining our Hardware product collateral and the team keeping us accurately documented.

The core functions are, but not limited to:

- Ensuring all our Hardware Product and Regulatory compliance documentation is supported and maintained, sustainable and repeatable.
- Ensuring that we’re continually improving our documentation systems and processes, making them relevant and visible.

**Requirements**:
**About you**

We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, self-motivated and with outstanding time management and organizational skills. You will be excellent with communication, have a passion to learn and engage with our international teams, suppliers and vendors. You will also have the following skills/experience with:

- Hardware product Technical writing experience, in particular with user guides, install guides, technical specifications and service manuals
- Document Management systems and Frameworks
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite (particularly word and excel)
- Able to plan, own and self-manage tasks and release processes
- Experience with compliance documentation, FrameMaker and photoshop will be an advantage
