**Your role in the Programme**:

- Provide on-ground support to clients e.g. health checks, workplace assessments, vaccinations, pre-employment checks etc.
- Work with people from diverse backgrounds at different locations
- Provide quality case assessments
- Give timely client feedback
- Be part of formally structured supervision meetings with additional on-the-go mentorship
- Continuous development opportunities and hands-on training
