**Dry Goods Manager - New World Point Chevalier**

We’re excited to announce that New World Point Chevalier will be joining the community later this year With a brand-new store and impressive offering across grocery, butchery, deli, bakery, produce and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the Point Chev community.

With our opening date set for September 2025, we are seeking a Dry Goods Manager to join the team. As part of our tier-1 senior leadership team, you’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an awesome shopping experience for our community.

**The Role**
- Have ownership and accountability of our dry goods departments.
- Inspire and drive a high-performance team and culture.
- Drive operational excellence across the dry departments and provide excellent customer experience.
- Ensure exceptional retail standards of presentation and cleanliness across your departments.
- Search constantly for areas to improve our dry goods presentation, availability, operations, productivity, and efficiency.

**What are we looking for**
- An ability to listen, advise and come up with commercial, customer driven solutions.
- Great people skills and proven people management experience.
- Operationally focused.
- Knowlege of retail process - getting stock to shelf.
- Experience and a solid understanding of Dry Goods.
- Experience using SAP is preferred.
- A love for all things retail and food - and career aspirations to go further.
