Here at Kauri Kids we have an opportunity for a knowledgeable and passionate Teacher Assistant to join our team of talented early childhood professionals on a casual basis. In this exciting and rewarding role, you will be working with a range of ages in caring nurturing and supportive environments. Your primary role will be to support our team in creating a safe, play based and child led learning environment for children. As a casual teacher assistant you will be required to work in our other centres namely Howick, Clendon, Otara and Papatoetoe.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

Naturally you’ll have a genuine warmth, care and passion for children. You will be committed to providing quality education along with an excellent understanding of the Te Whariki and the New Zealand early childhood curriculum. You will have brilliant communication skills and will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people from our local community but most importantly enjoy having fun, getting messy and being involved in child led learning and play
