Due to exponential market growth, we are currently looking for up to 5 Skin & Laser Therapist to join us. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. **Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate and drive safe behaviours by ensuring compliance to all clinical policies and procedures.
- Model the safety and wellbeing values of Clear Skincare ensuring Clear Skincare is a safe and healthy environment for staff and clients.
- Safeguard client information as well as maintain complete client and treatment records.
- Take accountability for ensuring the clinic and treatment rooms are maintained to Clear Skincare standards.
- Products & Treatments
- Completely understand Clear Skincare treatments and products so that you can provide your clients with exceptional knowledge, service and results and be a trusted partner on their personal skin journey
- Perform advanced skin & laser treatments using medical grade equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct skin analysis and evaluation to establish and complement Clear Skincares treatment and product plans.
- Ensure clients are on the right product and treatment plans to deliver the best results for them.
- Drive sales and give value to the client by remaining up-to-date with all product and treatment knowledge.
- Commit to your own development by demonstrating initiative and proactively completing all Clear Skincare training and learning and development modules and programs.
- Attend ongoing product & treatment training.
- Be a passionate beauty expert understanding and continuing to ensure that as a Clear Skincare employee you are always knowledgeable about leading industry practices, high industry standards, competitor treatments, innovative treatments that clients may reference, products, ingredients etc.
- Operations & Performance
- Comply with Clear Skincares policies and procedures.
- Efficiently and effectively coordinate bookings, billing, completing client notes and keep filesup
- to-date and secure.
- Take responsibility for your individual performance to meet a weekly and monthly target which will be provided to you.
- Focus on rebooking clients to drive clinic performance.
- Promotional Activity
- Execute promotions to brand standards to maximise sales.
- Support your Clinic Manager in increasing sales through effective local marketing activations.
- Sell well to your clients by always communicating to them the best treatments and products for them.
- Support your clinic nurse by understanding Cosmetic Injecting and confidently cross promoting to clients as appropriate.
- Cross-sell products and additional treatments that deliver enhanced results for clients.
- Customer Experience
- Provide outstanding service and an exceptional Clinic and expert therapist advice and experience for your client to be their trusted beauty partner and one that they refer to their family and friends.
- Report all client complaints and enquiries to ensure high quality customer service following the client complaint and dissatisfaction policy.
- Maintain and grow client relationships to expand your client following.
- Rebook your clients at every treatment so that they can get the best results from the Clear Skincare journey.
- Love your clients, and make sure they love you.

**Job requirements**:

- No formal qualification is required, any certificate or experience is a bonus
- Reports to Clinic Manager, Assistant Manager, People & Performance Manager
- Build good relationships with People & Performance Manager and National Sales Manager
- Be reliable and hardworking
- Be well organised and capable of mult-tasking

**Working Place, hours, Wages level and other benefit**
- Working in Auckland
- Standard Hours: 40 hours per week
- Remuneration: Great market driven rates on experience, hour rate $28-32
- Annual Leave: 4 weeks per annum and KiwiSaver
