The Green Team in Hamilton are looking for an experienced operator to join our chipseal team to support the successful day to day operations of this division.

**What we are looking for**:

- 1- 2 years minimum chipsealing experience
- Class 1 licence with WTR endorsement is a must; Class 2 would be an advantage
- Exposure to chipsealing on roads, commercial and residential properties
- Experience with manual or automatic roller spreaders
- Ability to hand chip
- Experience working with bitumen and emulsion
- A reasonable level of physical fitness, due to the physical nature of the position
- Good work ethic and enthusiasm
- Reliable, honest and flexible team-player, including the willingness to work weekends and nights when required
- Highest commitment to Health and Safety
