Tractor Driver

This year sees a new 20-tonne JCB 457 loader with a 16 foot buckrake being added to our modern machinery fleet consisting of CLAAS tractors, JCB loaders, mowers, square balers, CLAAS forage harvesters, rakes, etc. The successful applicants need to be able to operate agricultural machinery effectively and efficiently and provide a service that enhances the businesses reputation for providing a high quality service. We are looking for experienced and competent tractor operators to join our team for the upcoming harvest season.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Turn up for work and be willing to work hard for the season
- Take all necessary steps to prevent contamination of product, which includes regularly cleaning the machine
- Represent the company in a positive and professional way
- Always keep yourself and others around you safe
- Be responsible for the general maintenance on machines, ensuring that it is always tidy, clean, and fully serviced every morning

**Key Skills Required for this Role Include**:

- Clean and current full Class 1 Drivers Licence
- Experience operating tractors and machinery in a contracting environment
