Checkout Operator/supervisor

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated person to join our Front-End team as a **Checkout Operator / Supervisor**. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same.

**Day and Hours**:
Mon:10am-7pm

Tues: 10am-7pm

Wed: 10am-7pm

Thurs :10am-7pm

Fri: OFF

Sat: OFF

Sun:12pm-9pm

**About the Role**:

- Providing outstanding customer service at our checkouts
- Assisting with the smooth daily running of the Front-End department
- Supervising and supporting checkout staff during shifts
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, accuracy, and efficiency

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive, can-do attitude with strong people skills
- Previous customer service or supervisory experience (retail experience an advantage but not essential)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, honesty, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
