As a Warehouse Manager at IBees Ltd, you will be a key player in our team, overseeing daily operations and managing a skilled workforce. Your role will focus on optimizing workflows, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and driving continuous improvement across our warehouse operations.

**Tasks include but are not limited to: -**
- Develop, implement, and oversee distribution strategies, policies, and plans.
- Manage warehouse operations and storage areas effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of storage locations and layout plans.
- Organize and prioritize tasks for the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with other departments and communicate with customers.
- Plan and oversee inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring safe handling and storage of materials.
- Schedule and allocate resources to handle inventory flow without impacting overall business operations.
- Monitor the inventory system to maintain optimal stock levels, meet supply demands, and manage contract negotiations.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Train team members and regularly assess their performance to maintain high operational standards.

**Person specifications: -**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong team leadership skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Understanding of health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Location: Christchurch

Number of Position: 1

Hours of Work: 32 Hrs per week

Pay Rate: 30-32 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
