**What will you do?**

We are on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Façade Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead the apartment stages at our construction site in Hobsonville, Auckland._ _This site is 4 ha and will have a number of apartment units within our multi-story apartments_,_ as well as a range of other amenities.

In this full-time position, you will:

- Assist the Site Manager & Project Manager to lead and manage the construction and competition of the apartment stages
- Be responsible for managing the overall logistics, program and contractors of the site and supporting the project team (foreman and safety etc) to achieve a successful outcome
- Manage sizable teams of direct labour and sub-contractors
- Communicate at all levels with site staff and our consultants to meet project timelines

**About you**

Our work at Ryman is varied - no day is the same, and we are looking for people to join our team who are proactive and put safety above everything. To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience on large-scale construction (multi-story) projects, specialising in façade
- Be trade qualified working your way up from the tools
- Proven experience delivering $100m+ commercial or multi-story residential construction projects in a main contractor environment
- A 'can-do' attitude and the leadership skills required to create a great working culture
- A demonstrated understanding of the importance of safety, and are computer savvy
- An ability to communicate effectively and influence, persuade and guide others
- A flexible and adaptable approach, as well as the ability to adjust your style to work effectively with different people
