**Job Description**:
We have a great opportunity for a **Property & Facilities Manager **to join our **Occupier Services** team, based in our award-winning, waterfront Auckland CBD office.

This role will include property, financial, maintenance and an inspection regime for client-owned properties.

**The value you'll add**
- Attend to all property and facilities management related enquiries and requests
- Assist to manage H&S, risk and compliance
- Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to our clients
- Support the strategic direction of the client property, lease and portfolio management programmes and standards
- Assist with the preparation of documentation including reports, approvals, and reviews
- Undertake property inspections
- Assist with innovation to drive projects

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in real estate practise or relevant experience would be an advantage
- Highly proficient with computer systems and database management
- Full current NZ Drivers License
