**The role**

Our Oceania Elmwood Village in are looking for two full time Clinical Leaders to join their dedicated team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- As a Clinical Leader you will be reporting to the Clinical Manager overseeing particular wings on site.
- You will be on call with a roster that supports life work balance.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in Management and/or leadership skills, have a current APC
- Positive attitude to achieving a high standard of best practice in health care.
- A sense of humor is always a bonus.
