A very customer and team centric, hands on business where high calibre, knowledgeable, industry people exceed our customers’ expectations everyday by delivering a wide range of products to our trade and specialist customers in the most efficient way via our highly knowledgeable team.

**Our Trade Specialists are experts who**:

- Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge
- Build effective customer relationships
- Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
- Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
- Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
- Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their team mates

**The successful applicant will**:

- Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
- Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
- Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
- Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
- Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
- Be available to work and have flexible to work other days if requested
