**KS Holdings Ltd** has a range of companies that belong to our group in industries such as roofing, construction, and steel framing. We are looking for an **IT Support** who is a team player, switched on, dedicated, and enthusiastic to join our busy IT team in our **Manukau **head office.

You will play an integral role in ensuring the IT department continues to tick along by helping out and getting stuck in wherever needed. In this position, you will set up new staff in the system, maintaining our ICT equipment, assisting with our IT helpdesk management, and configuring our computers, laptops, telecommunication equipment and servers. Learning all you can about our systems is what makes you valuable resource and make an impact with the work you do

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

- Full driver’s license - you will need to visit to different branches within this role
- Previous experience in an IT support role, working with both hardware and software
- Logical problem-solving ability
- Great customer service skills
- Willing to get stuck in and learn with good work ethics
- Enthusiasm for helping others
- A positive attitude with a flexible and adaptable nature and a sense of humor
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A multi-tasker who enjoys a fast-paced and busy environment
- Experience within Microsoft server (ideal)
