**About the Opportunity**
We are pleased to offer a new exciting, permanent position for individuals interested in joining our Tait Asia Pacific Team as a Customer Service Representative based out of Christchurch Office.
This role is primarily responsible for providing high-quality customer service and interacts extensively with Tait Distributors, customers, and various departments within Tait Communications regarding customer orders. This role includes processing orders, ensuring timely delivery, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process, and providing sales support to the wider Asia-Pacific Tait team when needed.
Key functions of this role also includes:
- Ensure customer orders are efficiently and effectively processed
- Provide the first point of contact for customer inquires on product availability and delivery
- Prepare and provide quotes to the customer for supply of standard price book items
- Liaise between the customer and the production planning team on delivery dates
**What You'll Bring**:
To be successful in this role you will need to be:
- extremely customer focused, with advanced organisational skills and excellent attentional to detail. Being able to speak multiple languages, especially Mandarin, is an advantage for the role.
**Experience **R**equired**
- Customer order processing experience using SAP (or similar ERP software)
- M365 suite experience
- Confident communication skills with customers and all business stakeholders
