**ABOUT US**

We are a not-for-profit retirement village based in Northcote. We provide accommodation security for the elderly, with great apartments, wonderful facilities, gardens and a modern hospital and rest home facility. We care for each other whether we are trustees, employees or residents living here. That’s unique, and it makes us unique, it’s who we are.**THE ROLE**

You will be a strong support that ensures the residents living in Northbridge Lifecare Trust live in a clean, safe, personalised environment and receive excellent quality support services.**ABOUT YOU**

As someone who has a strong passion for helping & caring for people. You will be:

- Someone who is empathetic with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with staff, residents and visitors.
- Be physically fit, able to work under pressure and lift equipment and furniture when cleaning.
- Previous cleaning experience in hospitals/commercial or similar environments is desirable.
