We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnerships Lead to join our team in Queenstown on a fixed term contract. As a Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new partners - typically business owners and landholders - to support the development of our vehicle parking network in Queenstown.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential partners in Queenstown, including leveraging personal networks, utilising industry memberships and attending relevant networking events.
- Deliver presentations with prospects and facilitate the execution of templated partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to distribute sales collateral, such as brochures and presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and opportunities in a CRM, and track progress against targets.
- Participate in progress meetings with senior management to report on progress and discuss new opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and progress against targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, and work collaboratively with them to achieve mutual objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing and communications, to ensure seamless delivery of services to partners.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong local knowledge and established networks in Queenstown is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Queenstown and surrounding areas as needed.
