**Work with some of the best hotel professionals who pride themselves on making every guests' stay an incredible experience whether they are staying for business or pleasure.**

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for the operation and customer delivery of the hotel guest services to achieve the 4+star experience.

**What will you be doing?**
- Be the key person within the Hotel with key VIP guests
- Manage and escalate customer disputes or queries as required
- Pass on feedback from guests to our front office staff
- Recognise repeat guests and VIPs by meeting and greeting, gifts, cards
- Monitor customer feedback on Trip Advisor and Market Matrix
- Liaise with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure the best guest experience

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- Experience in Hotel operations (preferable)
- Positive and professional personality
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven customer service experience in a fast paced environment ideally in Hotels/Tourism sector
