**Position 1: D365F&O/ERP SCM Functional Lead/Project Manager**

- Excellent Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online
- Total IT Experience 9 - 13 years
- Experience on Dynamics CRM7+ years Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have
- Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Customer Service, Field Service management, Sales Force Automation & Marketing automation functionality for CRM Online/Dynamics 365 CRM
- Analyse client’s business requirements for CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions
- Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and review of Gap fit done by other functional experts
- Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product ( entities, workflows and configuration )
- Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills
- Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and Functional design document
- Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
- Functional testing of the implemented CRM system
- Provide end user training
- Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective
- Client facing, assertive, excellent communication
- Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects asp.Java scripting, Installation

Responsibilities/Expectations from the Role
- Responsible for driving the requirements, analyzing and proposing the best solution to customer
- Responsible for the coordination between the TCS implementation team and business stakeholder to drive the solution in the right path
- Responsible for requirement walk through with all the stakeholders
- Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagram

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $93,371.77 - $179,911.71 per year
