Seeking a Team Administrator / Coordinator

**Your Role**:
As the Team Administrator/Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the organisation, ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks, including:

- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements; ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Assisting in organising events, workshops, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance administrative efficiency
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting various departments with their administrative needs and contributing to a positive work environment

**About you**:

- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges
- Proficiency in using office software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management software)
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is advantageous
