Contract - Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET + React)

About the Role (your why)
This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on the.NET and React ecosystems. You'll be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- .NET Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency with the.NET technology stack,.NET Core & C#, and related services to build back-end systems and APIs.
- React Development: Develop user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. You'll focus on user experience.
- API Development: Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party services.
- Database Management: Design and manage relational databases like SQL Server and write efficient SQL queries. Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework is a plus.
- Code Reviews & Mentoring: Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share best practices. You may also mentor junior developers.
- Agile Collaboration: Work within an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

**Key Skills**:
**Experience & Core Skills**:

- 2-3 years of experience with the.NET technology stack.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with React.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

**.NET & C#**:

- Familiar with the.NET ecosystem, including.NET Core, and C# language features.
- Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and well-documented RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core, including performance tuning for database interactions.

**React & Front-End**:

- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and a solid understanding of TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of core React concepts, including components, hooks, and an understanding of state management using a library like Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and using component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design) to build consistent, user-friendly interfaces.
- Knowledge of front-end performance best practices, including techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and memoization.

**Other Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in database design and management (e.g., SQL Server).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
