**80 hours per fortnight (1.0FTE)**

Our Digital Enablement team is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Mobile Device Support Analyst to be part of our mobility team. This person will provide frontline mobile device support to our customers. They will also be part of project teams delivering mobile solutions where they will design support processes and deliver training to Service Desk Analysts.
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Experience with face to face support with mobile devices including app
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and is comfortable championing processes across multiple teams and the ability to adjust style to the needs of the audience
- Ability to independently handle and perform in stressful situations
- Work well within a team environment contributing to the team successes
