Warehousing/yardperson

To provide customers with excellent sales service and maintain Branch Performance Standards To keep the Site in a tidy condition and operate the forklifts in a safe way. Ensure Hynds products are moved carefully in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Maintain a high level of stock control and accuracy to support the site and the Customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Load and unload all trucks in accordance with the company Health & Safety requirements, effectively and accurately in a timely manner
- Pick Pack orders as required, following all set processes
- Receive and process inwards goods, includes putting goods in their designated areas across the site, warehouse, and showroom
- Participate in stocktakes, the lead up to stocktake and all cycle counts as required by the site Manager
- Provide sales support for all branch customers

**Key Attributes**
- Excellent customer service skills are paramount to ensure a strong customer relationship and that all customers’ needs are met
- NZ driver licence full class 1 and F endorsement
- Technically Competent to operate any site Forklift safely and efficiently
- Ensure customers’ orders are correct, and branch performance standards are met
- Ability to physically handle and move products up to 20 kg
