We are looking for someone who can lead our busy Deli/Seafood department.

You will have a passion for food, great leadership qualities and be confident around a computer.

Therefore, you need to be customer driven, friendly and willing to go above and beyond our customers’ expectations. We are located in a central location of the Upper North Island - with only a short 45 minutes to Mt Maunganui, Rotorua and Hamilton.

SAP and supermarket deli, seafood (or similar department) experience would be a great advantage; however full training will be provided to someone with food preparation experience and great leadership qualities to lead and develop our small team. Responsibilities will include leading and developing an awesome Deli/Seafood team, customer service, product range control and ordering, food preparation and ensuring our food safety and safety & wellbeing processes are followed.

This is a fulltime position, days and hours will be discussed at the interview stage. You will need to be a reliable, honest, positive team player and as this role does involve some lifting so you must be physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of role.
