**About the Job**

Citycare Property specialises in keeping installed equipment in sound working condition through project work, planned routine care, preventative maintenance, and reactive response. Citycare Property has a number of opportunities for trade qualified HVAC Technicians able to work on an on-call roster for after-hours service work. **Requirements**:
To be considered you must have relevant experience with HVAC / Air Conditioning and Refrigeration:
Ideally, the successful applicant will have the following:

- An Industry recognized qualification - certificate in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
- Have at least 3 years' HVAC field technician experience and some experience in electrical & controls
- Possess strong communication skills
- Have a sound understanding of Health and Safety best practices
- physically fit and hold a full NZ driver's licence

Desirable to possess the following:

- Independent Qualified Person (IQP)
- NZ Electrical Service Technician, EST (previously known as A&B registration)

**Remuneration & Hours**

There are 3 permanent roles available. These positions are based in Christchurch with a minimum of 40 working hours per week (Monday to Friday). The hourly rate for these role will range between $30.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on the individuals' skills and experience.
